Organic Calcium



Where do you get your calcium from?

Calcium intake is important to lower risk associated with osteoporosis. It is a mineral that aids in development of strong bone and teeth.

Unlike other calcium supplementation, like Calcium Citrate or Calcium Carbonate mined from rocks, Seaweed Calcium is easier to digest and absorbed.

Each sachet serving provides 250mg Calcium, equivalent to that found in a glass of milk.

Take 2-3 sachet a day. Recommended intake of calcium is between 1000-1300mg daily.
